Train individuals in using advanced microscope modalities and advise researchers on the preparation of live cells, organoids, and tissue sections for advanced high-resolution 3D tissue imaging, and 4D live cell imaging to localize protein-protein and protein-nucleic-acid interactions and examine intra-cellular/tissue structures. Provide training and support for advanced software packages for advanced image processing, 3D rendering, and 4D measurements.
